DEVIN ADDISON

With strong academic and leadership qualities, Devin was
actively involved in many organizations such as the SU
Economics and Finance Club and the National Urban
League's Black Executive Program. Devin was a 2009
distinguished inductee of the
Beta Gamma Sigma
International Business Honor Society.

ALEXIS QUILLER

Alexis was a devoted Business Management student
with a wealth of academic achievements and
international study experiences. As a fervent community
service volunteer, she mentored children at local
elementary and high schools.
Alexis served as the
2013-2014 Senior Class Finance Director for the Student
Government Association.

BEATRIZ ALFARO

Beatriz, a graduate of the Mass Communication
department, demonstrated excellent work ethic and
admirable character traits.  She was a member of the
Southern University Marching Band as a Dancing Doll
and was selected as a 2013 Coca-Cola campus marketing
representative.

AYSHA THOMPSON

As a Political Science major, member of the Honors
College, and Pre-Law Society, Aysha demonstrated
exemplary balance between scholarly experiences
and  community outreach volunteer opportunities. In
addition to being a full-time student, Aysha also worked
part-time throughout her academic career.

ALEX MCKEE

Alex did an impressive job managing his academic
responsibilities as a student, and as a member of the
Southern University football team.  In fact, he was
inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Society and
Honors College. While majoring in Business
Management, Alex took pride in making positive
contributions to the SU community, through varied
community service projects.

JALEN TRIPLETT

He is true to the Gold and Blue! Jalen is a Civil
Engineering major who proves that a student can  
successfully balance academics and a high-level of
campus involvement. Jalen serves as the Chief of Staff for
the Executive Board of the Student Government
Association, is a member of the world acclaimed Human
Jukebox, and is a student recruiter in the Office of
Admissions.

SHELLI MINOR

Shelli is a student in the School of Nursing who
demonstrates respect, compassion, and excellence. In
addition to being a full-time student, she works part-time in
her field of study.
Community involvement is of great
interest to Shelli, as she volunteers
at local women's
shelters and with the homeless.
